I was pointed to this video by my favorite Friday read, Austin Kleon's newsletter. I was just stunned by not only the story of the broccoli tree itself - a series of pictures of the same tree by a lake in Sweden that started as an innocuous post on Instagram - but how the video (just under 4 minutes) is a parable about the impermanence of life, the relative permanence of art and how sharing something can be dangerous...but is ultimately worth it.
